If you did a good job hiring – you have good people and naturally people WANT to do good!

When something goes wrong, investigate the process.  Ninety-nine percent of the time you will find the problem and then be able to fix the problem. You don’t fix people – you fix the process.  Constantly review your processes and update written procedures.
