WV TAXES

If a payment due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, payment by EFT must be made the preceding business day to receive credit for a timely payment.  If mailing estimated tax payments, follow the same rule in regards to postmark date.  Failure to pay timely will result in interest and penalty.
